Shipping Policy:
- Our products are shipped within 24 hours of order placing and delivery happens within 3-5 days

Return Policy :
We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best finished goods. If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Terms & Conditions :
- All returns/refunds of the product(s) related to damage/defect/quantity or description discrepancy are eligible for return but the return request must be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The product should not be tried on more than once after opening for trial purposes, should be unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches and holes in the product(s), caused by the customer.
- Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition, i.e. all tags and the original packaging should be intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
- An email should be sent immediately in case of any issue with the product(s) after the product is received to our support email at printmyprintstyle@gmail.com
- All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received by our team and have cleared the quality check.
- Any returned product(s) that shows improper use or handling, physical damage i.e., damaged/torn box, missing manuals/parts and accessories will not be replaced/refunded and will be returned back to the buyer.
- Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send the wrong product or it is of the wrong size, we will accept your return.
- We do not accept the return of any product(s) which is not purchased from our store. We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.
- Any customized product(s)/personal care goods or any other items in offers/sale are not liable for return.
- The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- In case of an empty box or missing item upon delivery, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else the company has all the rights to reject the complaint.
Return Procedure :
For all returns, you can reach us using email at: printmyprintstyle@gmail.com. Provide a specific valid reason for your return and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
Our team will decide on a case-to-case basis whether the item will be required for self-shipment or direct pickup from the order address.
In the case of self-shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address: Shop no 8 omkarbhuvan opp ojas society kanoji agre marg, lane no2, Koldongri, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We would be unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Please note in case of self-shipment, the shipping charge will be borne by you.
- Refunds for prepaid orders:
If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit card account within 5-7 working days (which will be reflected in 7 working days). If you have paid using a debit card/internet banking/UPI mode of payment, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you any issues via email.
All prepaid orders will be credited in 7-14 working days once the return is approved.
All timelines are with respect to the returned product received and approved by our team.
- Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders:
If you have returned one or more product(s) purchased using our COD payment method, you must provide bank account details for a refund:
- Bank Name
- Bank Account Number
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Branch
- IFSC Code
- Order ID
- Product name and invoice against which refund must be initiated
The amount will be refunded in the bank account through an electronic funds transfer. We do not provide any cash/Cheque/DD.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Note- My Print Style has the right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the support shared by the customer.
